Ted, the Democrats had to resort to accounting tricks to get the estimated cost down for the first decade. They also lied about insurance premiums going down for the average American. By the way, the image of Obama having "political strength" is ephemeral. When the Democrats lose in November, he'll be in danger of looking like a lame duck.
