NEITHER of those guys is gonna get any awards for fiscal responsibility.

Bush came in with SURPLUSES!!!! Instead of paying down our $4 Trillion debt he said, "Well, there's some extra bucks here so we should give it back to people instead of paying off our debts."

That might seem logical to a Drug Dealer, but I don't see how a President of the United States could think that way.
