Chaz, Derek's link, abcnews.com, was to a column by Fred Moody, professional Microsuckup at computerworld. You can always tell a professional Microsuckup by the book credit, i.e. Technology writer Fred Moody is a regular contributor to ABCNEWS.com He is author of I Sing the Body Electronic: A Year With Microsoft on the Multimedia Frontier. He is correct to say that Microsoft has good lawyers, I've said the same thing plenty of times. But the line on Apple vs. HP/Microsoft is pretty dumb, I'd agree. But then, Moody had a column a few months back that had Bill saving the world from Unix geeks in white lab coats, which had to be the dumbest. We should send notes to abcnews.com saying that he's not exactly an objective observer. Cheers, Dan.
