C, BAC and AIG investing is really a faith based investing that the crap has been flushed out and it will take another decade or so to accumulate another load of crap. You know like the roto-rooter company comes and cleans your sewage lines. ;) It's good if they catch all the crap, it's not so good if there is another backup somewhere after they leave. Maybe the plumbers did a good job, but I'm not gonna put my money on it. :) If someone is very adventurous, they could climb down into a sewer line to check out the situation. Apparently even Bruce has not done that really... ;)
