"Nice empty response. "

What was empty about it?

"Shoving a piece of legislation through without even reading it."

Even if true, and it isn't, so what? It isn't like every legislator reads every word of every piece of legislation. They have aides, and the aides read and summarize the legislation.

" No dirty tricks ?"

No.

"Special deals for ND, LA, TN & FL"

Those are dirty tricks? That is how legislation is done in this country. Were you awake when the Republicans were running the show? DeLay was a master at this sort of thing. Not saying it is necessarily a good thing, but it hardly is a dirty trick.

"Just like you.. he was of the opinion he had the capacity for abstract thought."

If your posts to date are any indication, you are just like my buddy _less. You seem to have a highly inflated and unwarranted opinion of your intellectual capabilities. Like _less, you make stuff up, like in this case earmarks are dirty tricks, and then attack anyone who points out you are spouting nonsense. To top it off, you then throw in an ad hominem attack to seal the deal.
