James, Are you using ESchwab or the regular site. My trade didn't show as a short sale. I can understand that you are uncomfortable putting in an order but I was assured that the trade is ok to make now and all conversations are recorded. If they tell you that you can safely trade it, they would be held to it and would have to make you whole if something got screwed up. That being said, I am not selling now at the current price. I just saw an opportunity to sell at 18 and re-purchase which unfortunately I missed because I waited too long yesterday. The stock has now stabalized and I believe will go nowhere but up at this point when news comes and people start looking at the fundementals. It was just unfortunate the way the conversion was and is being handled.
