Brushing aside the nonsense in your post -- on this we agree. But it is inconsistent with calling evolution a fact -- how inconsistent. I am not an idiot -- I do and can distinguish between abiogenesis and evolution -- organisms do change -- I don't deny the chemical machinery inside cells or that natural selection takes place -- where I differ is the conclusion drawn by many that this takes everything back to some single cell organism. And then -- living matter from non-living by purely unintelligent, natural processes.

But that's the problem -- there is no test that can prove it false -- sb is right -- it REMAINS a faith-based system. Established scientific theories in science are established because they have stood up under many tests or experiments that could potentially prove them false -- there are no such tests for the "ameoba-to-man" version of the theory of evolution. Natural selection and adaptation within species can be demonstrated and tested with experiments with the potential to show them false.

The wonderful thing about science is this -- people keep at it:

Advances in biochemistry in the next 50 years are apt to lay Darwin's theory where it rightfully belongs -- in the dust heap.
