Then, how do you account for Obama's 10 trillion in new deficits projected for the next 10 years (which actually understate it by a few trillion now that health care reform has passed)?

The Bush tax cuts increased federal revenue; they did NOT decrease it. I'm not sure why you guys can't figure that out.

And the TARP money Bush spent -- the first 350B -- has been largely repaid. It was the Obama TARP money that isn't getting repaid.
