Cost of labor is inflated due to the Gov's regulations. Oh, c'mon man. My company opened engineering design centers in Vietnam because the cost of labor is a tiny fraction of what it is here...and that's with professional labor. With all the tax and regulatory advantages on earth we couldn't make up the difference. The problem is even more pronounced with tops on bottoms mfg plants. Don't try to BS me...I know this stuff.
