I think his anti-war and anti-Fed positions have won Paul much more support than he had when he ran for President. But his position on health care is likely to alienate many.

Not because he is against Obamacare. So am I and many others. But his position that health care should be available only to those who can pay for it flies in the face of common sense and political reality.
