As you are aware, Mr. Icahn, in his capacity as majority shareholder and Chairman, has repeatedly ignored or abused his fiduciary responsibilities in order to manipulate XO's value for his benefit at the expense of minority shareholders. Mr. Icahn must be exposed for the fraud that he is and held accountable for his blatant malfeasance. In spite of his actions, XO Holdings operationally is strongly positioned for growth and I will hold my shares until their true and fair market value is realized.
