I was surprised to see that there is a small money manager in my home state of NC that holds 500k of Imp shares too.

Considering that the free trading float is only about 13-14 million shares, and is thinly traded with liquidity issues, I am surprised that manager has a such a large position.

I suspect most of the free trading float is held by fund managers and institutional investors. If III ever gets "discovered" by retail, the share price could move up rather violently.
