I am not military and I would have problems with my son becoming a lawyer. Too many starve, and a lot of the ones who do make money have to be dishonest. In fact in a way the very nature of a defense lawyer advocating for someone they know to be guilty is somewhat offensive to me, even though I know somebody has to do it. I suppose a lot more are honest than dishonest, but the temptation would seem tremendous.
