Myron,

duke60 answered your question quite well.

I am the creator of the EZ-PnF point and figure charting program. The charts appearing at BCA Software's website pipeline.com are there to show some of the capabilities of EZ-PnF. They are germain around the dates when they are posted. The site is not a general purpose stock information source, requiring a weekly/monthly fee for access/use. It is the location where point and figure folk will be able to obtain EZ-PnF.... for free. As a shareware program, the user decides if they want to pay to register it. The only difference between the registered version and the shareware version is the capability to save any optional settings that the user may select to customize their EZ-PnF sessions.

EZ-PnF is still being written, because new capabilities are being added in response to suggestions received from people who have visited the site, with the time available to me to code, test and document the product.

The program will have the ability to produce charts from almost any collection of price/numeric data in various formats. If you have industry group data, in one of the many supported formats, then those charts may be produced. That's one of the key features... you chart the data you want in the manner you want it.... classic Cohen(Chartcraft), logrithmic, fixed price delta per box; 2 thru 5 box reversal; high-low, average, closing price...

Thread, sorry about rambling on.........

Ben A.
