Ted, the Nissan Leaf is strictly a city cruiser. Can't refill at a gas station, and charging the battery will take 30 minutes with a special 480V charger (16 hours on a 110V outlet in your home). The GM Volt is more practical because it can potentially do everything a regular car can do, only with more fuel efficiency. Tenchusatsu
