LOL. latest estimate, headline of course, 50% default rate nation wide on commercials. the off balance sheet is getting so fricken big, i say, we do a flip of the mirror, and just operate the other way. the entire essential basis upon which value and ROI is measured, is beyond un reliable. a complete shambles. but hey, i can do pretend for a trade.
