I'd just like to point out that the 250,000 shares to be sold by "certain selling shareholders" are in fact Salk shares.

I very much doubt, given the size of Salk's holding, that they will be selling shares on the open market. I think they'll simply be everpresent as "selling shareholders" in any further offerings.

I don't see this as causing much short-term pressure, but it does act to keep a lid on things over the medium term. (Which of course can present itself as a buying opportunity). This view assumes, of course, that Salk wants out because they need the money, not because they don't like Sibia's prospects.

(I'm not a shareholder, but it's on my "watch closely" list).
