FOX News has an article tonight that the father of the Serviceman who was killed in Iraq, and ordered by the court to pay $16,000+, said tonight he wouldn't pay the money until after the Supreme Court had its say. Fox is reporting that the Supreme Court accepted cert. and will review the Court of Appeals decision reversing the damage award in favor of Snyder. This could result in a significant decision on time, place and manner restrictions when it comes to free speech. I smell a reversal coming.
