Oh, I see, only Bush and Reagan are to blame for our excessive and irresponsible spending. Must be nice to live in lala land where reality is not important.

My point is the Reagan tax cuts and Bush tax cuts plus unfunded spending from those Administrations put us in this deep hole. We should not blame the SS program or Medicare for this problem.
