Its easy.
Take a pound of good quality Swiss Chocolate. Add one cup French butter, 4 eggs (egg white beaten separately until stiff, not dry), one cup of chopped nuts, and one quarter cup flour. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Let cool. Cut into large squares.
Pour yourself some Peets coffee, have a brownie, then give another to your dog.
