Hi Ken, You're right that we probably won't see the news until later in the day because of the time zone difference between the 2 companies. I really don't care if it doesn't come out until after market or even tomorrow because I have a few good friends that are having trouble getting filled and, IMO, when the news hits and is digested it would be harder to chase it as the MM's (again, IMO) don't have a heck of alot of inventory. The 3-Day rule does have some possible effects too but I think that applies to investors that don't follow this particular thread. Right now it's simply "Catch Me While U Can Time" "Grupo"
