April 1, 2010 Goodyear's Bar, California: Jim Chapin Ex-CEO of Brush Creek Mining and Development is getting the old company back. His backers include the old officers of Brush Creek and Ken Woodard. Woodard states, "There's gold in them thar hills".

Recently, a 303 pound nugget was found on the road to the Lower Brush Creek Mine. Chapin states, " We just left it there because we wanted to mine the shareholders instead".
