Cuccinelli is fairly new on the job, and by all appearances, he's not very bright. So let's make this simple for him: when the state AG's office works on a case, that costs taxpayers money. It's incumbent on a good state AG, then, to work on cases with merit.

I couldn't think of a better case of state AGs to file. The states will be stuck with 100s of billions of dollars of costs as a result of Obamacare...

Back before Bush was elected president, I used to think that the Rs were the smarter group of people in this country. Dang! Was I fooled or what!

As far as merit, this is as good a case as any to challenge most of federal laws and regulations that use the commerce clause of the constitution to regulate everything that's living and breathing (plus inanimate objects).

Its a frivolous lawsuit wasting taxpayers' money. Its a joke.....asking any reputable constitutional lawyer. You all are pathetic!
