If our health care is less costly it is going to also be lower quality. These changes are coming -- nurse practitioners and PAs are doing more and will continue to do more. Capital investment will be curtailed and that means longer lines and more traveling and inconvenience for patients. And American innovations that have saved lives the world over are going to slow materially.

The legislation was never about cost control as you indicated.
