ThinkProgress is dead wrong about this.

Let me repeat: Health insurance is just the middle man. They cannot control costs anymore than a car insurance company can tell the shops to lower how much they charge for parts and labor.

Okay. What's one of the biggest reasons hospital costs are going up?
