At this point in Bush's presidency, he was dealing with a war on terrorism that just got started. Both he and Democrats were working together toward a common, popular goal.

Thanks for reminding us.....the Dems were working with the Rs for the good of the country. That's what good Americans do. Someone forgot to tell the Rs.
