Hope they budget money from the stimulus to bus the consumer to the malls. $85 crude. With most of the money coming into this market from overseas Wall Street is hoping the strapped retirees, earning nodda on savings/checking accounts, will be willing to take on risk. Many are becoming strapped for income since the days of 4.0+ interest on CD's is no more.
