Why isn't he extending the deadline to other affected areas of the country? Is this a first for the US to have an extended deadline for Mother Nature's terrorism?

I think you might be right about the refunds....otherwise, I question why now?

Couldn't the people in the flooded areas just have filed for an extension?

That isn't to say I don't feel bad for the folks...I do...water damage is just terrible.

After the clean up, comes the mold and rot....Plus the damage that has been done to not only homes, and businesses, but also the Libraries and Museums, and County offices where the records are kept....
