The Chubb Corporation (CB) seems like another value/dividend play. An Aristocrat, Achiever & Champion. CB is a solid insurance company trading at nice discount at ~9x earnings.

finance.yahoo.com

P/E 8.42
Fwd P/E 9.45
PEG 1.12
Div Yield % 2.83

P/E, P/S, P/B are below industry average.
Profit Margin & Dividend are above industry average.
S&P dividend/growth quality ranking: A
S&P star rating: 4 Stars
At current price (~52) it's discounted 27% based on S&P's Fair Value Calculation of 66.90
S&P's 12m target: 58

CB doesn’t have a great dividend yield, but it beats competitors like TRV. The opportunity here may lay more with value investing rather than a long term dividend play, no? I’m not that familiar with the insurance industry, so any insight/criticisms are appreciated.
