I've found another company with the same characteristics as GQ.V which recently went from $0.10 to $0.385.

GPG.V - Grande Portage Resources. Last trade $0.10

Has cash and marketable securities worth $8 million and zero debt. With 64 million shares outstanding the market cap is only $6.4 million or $0.125 per share.
They have a decent resource project that is being given no value.
What is being completely discounted is the expertise of management which have taken their treasury and increased it substantially with out diluting shareholders. They are actively looking for a new resource project of merit. I expect the stock to increase significantly once management has identified their next project. These types of situations are very rare and like GQ.V once the investing public finds out about them they tend to quickly trade to a premium to book value like all other resource plays.
