You bash the bill for allowing coverage of pre-existing conditions by saying that it removes incentives from young people to carry insurance and then you bash it again for not offering it for three years to children, an admitted oversight in the bill.

You are either a very confused fellow or a partisan. I think both.

So there is a possible loophole in the way the law is written. Sibelius wrote to the insurance companies and they will comply with the intention of the law until an amendment fixes the oversight.

What's the big deal? Don't you have anything constructive to add to the discussion?
