Look that's not how you look at cause and effect. You have to look at what President's signed what laws that resulted in massive deficits. This isn't hard to figure out. Wilson signed into the law the creation of the counterfeiting operating of the Federal Reserve which has reduced the value of the dollar such that is only worth 3% now of what it used to be worth. How about FDR signing the laws for all kinds of massive spending programs that most people are just waking up to. Just because the beans get spilled on the next President's watch doesn't make him or her responsible for the lucicrous Ponzi schemes set up by FDR. LBJ signed into law Medicare, which the next President will get blamed for the defictis of under your methodology. Obama signed in his healthcare, and many other Presidents are going to get assigned the deficits he created?
