"A New Low for Obama [Daniel Foster] The newest CBS poll has President Obama's approval rating at 44 percent, a record low. The rating is down five points from passage of the Affordable Care Act, and 24 points from its all-time high in April of 2009. Obama's splits are even worse on health care.
