Well, I'm sure what Obama is doing is perfectly legal, although it may not meet with your approval. Also, I have seen the polls and most Americans are for more off shore drilling and the all of the above approach, as am I. So the leaders will listen or will pay the price at the polls. Pretty simple, in my book. So Obama's first step on off shore drilling will be seen as a net positive by all except for the fringe right.
