Yes but that still doesn't answer the question.

Without enforcement, how are you going to get those healthy, uninsured people to buy insurance?


Granted the fine is small but if there is not compliance, I expect the fine to go up. And you make it seem like the healthy uninsured don't want health coverage. That's not true.....most want it but can't afford it.

All you want to do is blame the Republicans for "lying" about the IRS agents, but you should be asking why the Democrats explicitly prevented enforcement in their law. It doesn't make sense ... unless you buy a conspiracy theory.

There are blue dogs in the Dem party that are very similar to the Rs. I don't see why you are surprised.
