Zeev: It is hard to argue with the market, you are usually going to lose. I agree with you. However, in this case, I think it is possible that under the circumstances (missed deadline, missed deadline, short attack, missed deadline, vultures on the IPM thread, no deadline, long wait), there is another reasonable explanation for the market action than something is broke. I do not believe for a minute that Charters is right about IPM being a scam. For two main reasons: If they were a scam, Behre Dolbear would have to be a willing participant. And the insiders have not sold. You may prove to be right about extraction costs, but I think that issue is less relevant for now.
