As I understand it, the longer you avoid buying insurance the more it will cost you. Technically that's true in a certain sense. $695 one year, than another $695 for the next, means your total cost is going up each year. But most or perhaps essentially all insurance plans will cost you more. We have the whole world as an example... No we don't have a single other country with this plan. (and even if they did using them as an example would be rather complex since you'd have to measure a multitude of things, many of which are difficult to measure, and you'd have to adjust for differences between the countries that are not part of the government's legislative and regulatory plans for the health care insurance industry (and those other things make a larger difference, than the different ways government regulates the health insurance industry).
