If you claim that the PO saves money, then the overall PO has to save money, not just your desirable sliver.

What I meant is that the PO as an "Option" is a substandard politically quasi-feasible path that nearly came to pass....i don't subscribe to the idea that it's an ideal solution, it is only a partial political compromise...a first step. The preferred path is single payer.
