America says that every baby born in America is entitled to American citizenship. Israel has no such law, and bestows no such right on infants born in territories that it runs or occupies. Instead, Israel says that the children of Jewish mothers, regardless of where they are born, are entitled to Israeli citizenship. So, no, Israel does not have the same respect for "human rights" as does America. For Israel, Jewish children have more rights than non-Jewish children.

BS. What do you think would be the end result if Israel granted citizenship to "anchor babies" like the US does? In a generation there would be no Israel. FWIW, I think we need to abandon the anchor baby route to citizenship.
