In my opinion, Zoubek didn't have position. He should have been called for a block.

Please explain. I just watched it on Youtube, and I was able to freeze it at a point where Zoubek's feet are planted before Acey takes off.

In my opinion this was an easy call to see live, but if you're blinded by hate and egged on by hater Clark Kellogg, then I can understand missing it.
