"Some" of these people can "legitimately" call themselves Tea Partiers, but MOST of them are Tea "baggers" at best.

They're all over the board. They ALL want LESS government, but NOT if it affects what THEY get from the government.

If they are on Social Security they DON'T want their benefits cut. If they are on Medicare they DON'T want their benefits cut. If they are farmers they DON'T want subsidies to farmers cut.

They ONLY seem to agree on TWO things. They don't want deficits and they want to pay less taxes.

Here's what I want and here's the HIT I'm willing to take to get it:

I want to WIPE OUT this National Debt..

I'm willing to pay a 5% National VAT if EVERY cent goes towards our National Debt as long as the Government agrees to CUT spending by 20% and only increase it by 3% per year from the time our National Debt has been eliminated.. That VAT can only last for 10 years or until our National Debt is eliminated, whichever comes first.

The Government from THEN ON would have to work on BALANCED BUDGETS...
