I get that. But you claimed it's a cost cutter and I challenged that. I didn't challenge you for claiming it was an ideal solution. If you can demonstrate through evidence or argument that it cuts costs, then do it. If not, then your claim is not supported.

PO? Well it's pretty obvious...I already posted the two options considered...Medicare and Medicare + 5%. The CBO scored both and showed significant savings even with modest participation.

Single payer? There are dozens of examples around the world.
