Hi Ken, What a diversion(GGGGG). We need to get CC or JP in on this diversion as they are certainly more knowledgable than moi...... Song copyrights are hard assets from my understanding. Goodwill is more of the intangible type like potential(G). Companies that are in the buyout mood don't like to pay for the goodwill you paid to others......in my experience..... Take care... Lou
