Will AGRPB shareholders become shareholders of TGNT? if its a spinoff.
Just read the TGNT prospectus, competition was listed from the likes of Winstar, and RBOCs with xDSL technology both technologies meant for broadband last mile access. Any views on TGNT's competitive edge?
It has a very capable management team, but it will be highly leveraged with almost 1 B in debt after the IPO, and no profits in the forseeable future. But it seems to be generating plenty of excitement in the pre IPO roadshows.
