I read the September 4th press release and I think they are simply
stating that they have successfully commenced the sale of partnership
interests on GOE Plant Partnership 1. It doesn't indicate how many
have been sold. The Limited Partnership is a $1,500,000 total offering.
There is a $50,000 minimum investment requirement and each unit consists
of a three percent LP interest accompanied by a six month Warrant to purchase
up to 15,000 shares of the common stock at a price of $3.50.

I believe the EPS forecasts are being made by Tecumseh Asset Management,
Inc., A "Market Maker" for GRNO. These same figures were stated at a
McLaughlin Emerging Growth Conference in May of this year.

I agree that large trucking firms are a logical customer for GRNO. I
also think that municipal government agencies in charge of waste disposal
are a target market. They really have a large, diverse market to sell to.

GRNO's President William D. Carraway has an impressive track record, including
being responsible for acquisitions and the integration of new divisions for
Hospital Affiliates, Inc., a company which grew into a billion dollar
Corporation before being acquired by Aetna.

Finally, I don't see any talk of Regulation S. convertible debentures
anywhere in all the literature I've read about this company. That alone
is exciting!!
