I don't approve or disprove. It's how it is. They are still desert goat herding sheikhs, now just with more money. Let's not pretend that what little liberty they permit is for any purpose but to attract foreign workers and foreign expertise to stay long enough to build their glass towers. When the oil runs out, they will go back to herding goats and killing each other with wanton casualness.
