I read up on the natural born citizen requirement in Wikipedia, and it sounds like its not yet decided whether a child born to US citizens overseas is in or out. Mitt Romney's dad ran against Nixon in 1964 (or maybe 68) and he was born in Mexico. Doubt he (the dad) would have campaigned as far as he did if it was a slam dunk 'no' due to birth outside the USA.
