I fear we misjudge this as the "public" - and especially public employee unions - are on the government dole.
The takers outnumber the makers so - who misjudges the public. I expect opposition to Obama Care to dissipate when the takers figure out it is coming from the makers. The one possibility where I am wrong is that a major part of the takers - ie the public unions - are already taking at a higher level and may resist joining the masses who pay.
