Of course they will. They'll pass it on to the consumer, just as all corporate taxes are passed on to consumers. Then, the consumers pass it on to their health insurance or government, depending on who is paying the bills. And ultimately, health insurance premiums increase as a result.

And quality of care suffers in the end.
