The wages of $74121 consist of $60507 for the regular 2080 hr workyear plus $13614 for 312 hrs of overtime. I don't see how a healthy young person, hiring in today, could have a lot of confidence that he is going to see very much of the $35432 of other compensation.

This is a job with a six day workweek.
